FORM FILL & SEAL
For the packaging of a variety of liquids and powders, Big Brands offers filling services that cater to a number of applications including food & beverages, as well as personal care products and nutraceuticals. Products can be filled in a variety of container styles, including bottles, jars and pouches according to your specific requirements. In addition, date stamping and product identification markers such as pressure sensitive labels are also offered. Besides packaging liquids and powders, we also package tablets and other solids. Products are blended, mixed, and formulated in compliance with customer specifications prior to filling in containers. As filling services are performed on automatic and semi-automatic lines, we are able to offer both small and high volume production runs. Our tamper evident shrink wrapping ensures safety of the product until it reaches the consumer.

What is Horizontal form filling and sealing?
Form filling and sealing is an automated assembly line process that uses film by sliding on a horizontal plane in which the ends are cut from side to side to produce a type of sealed pouch. As the machinery folds and seals the film into a pouch, it simultaneously fills in the product, thus creating a type of sealed bag that may contain any wet or dry product.

Horizontal form fill and seal capabilities:
  • Custom designed packaging based on its contents for the ideal product
  • Special die-cut shapes and/or hang holes.
  • Lot code, tear notch, and 3 or 4 side seal application
  • Converting of several types of materials, such as special barrier films accommodating 
   sizes from 2” to 8” wide and 2” to 12” high

BOTTLING
Big Brands has the expertise to meet your bottling needs whether for small commercial production or product stability sampling. We offer comprehensive services that include a variety of packing options and strict quality control procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. We provide bottling services for powder, liquid and solid dosages for both small and large quantities. Our turnkey services include purchasing of all components, printing, and in-line bundling.

Big Brands offers a variety of bottle sizes whether it be for solid dose tablets, capsules, caplets, soft/liquid gels, or in gel caps form. In-line weight checks are performed in addition to fill sensors confirming fill count accuracy. The bottling process is completed by applying a child-resistant or senior-friendly cap with pressure sensitive or induction seal.

LIQUID & POWDER POUCHES
Utilizing the latest technology, Big Brands offers the highest quality printed and unprinted liquid and powder filled pouches. Our pouches are food safe and available in eco-friendly films. Our films are made from high barrier plastic that is puncture and abrasion resistant keeping your product safe and fresh for a longer shelf life. Our cost effective, lightweight, durable pouches provide perfect protection for your product and has a lower carbon footprint than any ridged container compared to traditional bottles or cans.

Big Brands offers an optional eco-friendly solution for all your pouch packaging needs including refills, beverages, soups, and non-food items like detergents and cosmetics. Our pouches also give you greater flexibility in a range of sizes from .5ml to several liters. Our quality gloss, matte or satin liquid coatings and lamination will set you apart from the rest for a prominent, high shelf appeal.
